ACIM Lesson 39: My Daily Reflection (guilt trip)
A guilt trip opens a door allowing demon thoughts to enter your mind. Bullying yourself is a devastating attack from the Porcupine position.

Harut is the Guardian Angel for the River of Shame. He is not your friend.
When you’re stuck in the River of Shame, otherwise known as the Split Mind zone, don’t expect any comfort or protection. Unless, of course, you make deals and agreements with demons.
Harut and his demon angel companions convince you that they are looking out for you. But they are not.
They blind you and make you think you’re winning. Sadly, their tests and your accomplishments draw you deeper into their illusions.
The generational curses your ancestors created haunt you in this Split Mind Zone.
You trap other humans, hoping to escape torment and to further your own ambitions.
Shaming others is a losing game. Your happy moments don’t last. You thirst for more wins to feed your ego.
Worst of all, you cannot hear the voices of Jesus or Holy Spirit. You’re cut off from Team Trinity who are located in the River of Grace.
Feeling disconnected, you float aimlessly on the River of Shame, with your mind busily trying to unravel the knots in your relationships.
But wait, what’s that?
Someone on the shore is waving a ‘GRACE THIS WAY – EXIT NOW!’ sign.
And you ask yourself, “Hey! Is there another way to play this game?”
A guilt trip opens a door allowing demon thoughts to enter your mind. Bullying yourself is a devastating attack from the Porcupine position.

When I asked for help beta testing my new Demon Spotting app, someone sounded the alarm saying it was tarot. Demon Spotting is definitely not tarot. It’s an emotional healing game using code words. When you forgive yourself and others, you win.
Guilt vs innocence. One word makes us cringe. The other makes us feel safe. Discipline! To raise up the level of innocence, decrease guilt. Forgiveness clears guilt, sickness & fear.
Hello, gorgeous. I’m a catfish. Are you lonely? I’m here to solve that problem.
Answer: Are you trying to pull a ‘Sneaky Millie’ on me, Mr. Catfish?
How to escape the distraction of jealousy (River of Shame). It’s a trap! Instead, be peaceful. Open your ears to hearing from Jesus and Holy Spirit otherwise known as Team Trinity.
You have invented the world you see. Ugly on the inside = Ugly on the outside. Embrace ugly (and suffer) or erase ugly in the River of Grace.
Maintaining a victim mentality keeps you in the River of Shame, exactly where the opposite team wants you. Disconnected from power and from God.
30-Day Challenge: All successful relationships are connected to the River of Grace. So, why are you wasting time floating in the River of Shame?
Humility and Surrender vs Prideful and Stubborn: I am happy to wrestle until I reach the point of exhaustion with my questioning, disagreeing and arrogance.
