If that’s you, then you probably already bounced because AI and all that slang is just not your cup of tea.
However, to gain Demon Spotting skills, you have to allow yourself to see something new. Be discomforted by what you discover. Take steps to get closer in relationship with the Holy Spirit so that he can teach you, and tell you exactly what to do. Specifically, how to step on a demon with confidence.
What is your position?
Moving on from that interesting ChatGPT GenZ translation, the story below is the reason I’m focused on explaining what happens in the Second Heaven.
Recently, in a conversation with a new friend, Julia, at a baby shower, I realized that I had come a long way with my knowledge and confidence when speaking about things biblical. Julia has the comfort and certainty of a longtime believer. That’s Christianese for someone who grew up in the church and can quote Bible passages with ease. That’s her history.
Julia’s story is the complete opposite of mine. Anyway, we were chatting away, when I brought up the subject of witchcraft, after mentioning that I had written a book.
Uh, oh. I quickly explained that I’m interested in exposing witchcraft, not practicing it. And my efforts to dismantle witchcraft only happen when I’m in partnership, and yoked with, the Holy Spirit and Jesus. Never me on my own.
Yoking with Jesus protects me as I complete my assignments with him.
Once I established my position on Team Jesus, I mentioned that spiritual warfare takes place in the Second Heaven.
She looked puzzled.
Oh, no. Am I wrong? I don’t think so. How did she not know that?
Holy Spirit and Jesus often tell me things in conversation that I dutifully write down. Sometimes, I think, is this something everyone else already knows? I hope so because sometimes what I hear is out of my current level of understanding.

Continuing the conversation with Julia, I took the time to explain my purpose with Demon Spotting which is to collate information and tactics to enable people to:

- When your channel is clear, you hear guidance from the Third Heaven. Respect this holy space that exists between you and the Kingdom of Heaven.

Later that day, I googled Second Heaven to find a credible source to validate my understanding of where spiritual warfare takes place.
Dawna De Silva presented a sermon at Bethel Church that helped me understand more about the importance of the positioning of the Second Heaven between the Third Heaven (above), where God lives, and the First Heaven (below), where we live.
When we stand in the First Heaven (Earth) and take aim at issues caused by demons and witchcraft in the Second Heaven, we fail. We lose because we fail to equip ourselves to battle them on their turf.
Sit with Christ. Then position your feet to stomp on the heads of snakes in the Second Heaven. That’s the only way it works.
So, how do you get seated with Christ in the Third Heaven?
In her sermon, Dawna explains that relational authority is just as important as positional authority.
We build relationships by hanging out and connecting with others. No surprise there. Building a history with Jesus and the Holy Spirit generates trust on both sides.
Learning to distinguish God’s voice from demonic interference takes time. The benefit of winning this distraction battle pays dividends over a lifetime. Respect the process of sharpening your discernment.
Partnering with Jesus and the Holy Spirit gives them access to teach us how to position ourselves to fight from the First Heaven, with support from the Third Heaven.
That should make perfect sense.
Start right now! Practice having daily conversations with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Nothing is off limits. They are here to guide, comfort and embolden you to find your way to the Third Heaven. Jesus stated his promise to you in Luke 10:19.
Jesus said to his disciples, “Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions [spiritual adversaries], and over all the power of the enemy [witches and demons]; and nothing will hurt you.” Luke 10:19
But don’t expect to win by fighting uphill, all alone, with no angels fighting beside you.

Summary: When Jesus and the Kingdom of Heaven have your back, you defeat demons and witchcraft. Otherwise, you deplete yourself and fall deeper into their traps.
Lack of focus and self-reliance leads to disconnection from the Third Heaven. Now, alone on Earth, we wear ourselves out dealing with endless mind games and turf wars on our own.

- Use your discernment to determine whether a demon (or a witch) has slipped into your conversational channel. Don’t take the bait!
- Feeling blocked, confused or suddenly overwhelmed? Having thoughts that are driving you deeper into a bad mood? Use the Demon Spotting code words to diagnose your feelings. Then, kick that demon out of your private (mind) space.
Even when they’re ugly, demons and witches manage to capture and keep your attention.

The Adversary (Satan) was gorgeous before he got kicked out of the Third Heaven. Demons and witches know just what to say to disconnect you from your Guardian Angel.
