Hello, my name is Cheryl “Gwyneth” Ragsdale. I’m the creator of the Demon Spotting game, the DramaGuru Revelation series and the publisher of this blog.

To introduce myself quickly, I’ve chosen three (3) posts to help you get to know a little bit about me.

These posts reflect a brief look at a season in my life that focused heavily on mixed martial arts (MMA).

It was fun! Doors opened magically! I met famous people, influential bloggers and sports personalities. I even ended up on the cover of a book!

But, what’s most important to know for this conversation is that these glimpses into my past are the backdrop for how I developed the idea of Demon Spotting.

During times of emotional crisis, I needed a way to express my experience of the world.

First, I defined the DramaGuru Code Words. Then, I set out to prove their worth by using them to diagnose situations from friends, plus news reports of people behaving badly.

Over and over again, it worked! I could see the familiar patterns in the behaviors…just like on the mats doing jiu-jitsu and MMA.

So now, this is how I see it…I have CORNERMAN ANGELS ready to assist when I ask for their help — because DEMONS are everywhere! They influence us…and the ones closest to us…constantly.

Guard up! There are ways to defeat the demons without doing damage or causing more harm.
